Triple B - Burgers, BBQ and Brew

The owner of Kellie's Homestead in Dry Ridge, Kentucky is opening a new restaurant: Triple B - Burgers, BBQ and Brew. The new restaurant will be located in the old Frisch's Big Boy building at 4016 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018.

If you are considering patronizing Triple B, you should be aware of this owner's track record at her existing restaurant in Dry Ridge. The history of poor customer service, unethical business practices and felony indictments is documented on this site. I see no reason to expect better things from a new location.

Interestingly, the business has indicated their intent to sell beer. ("Brew" in the name!) However, the owner has been indicted for three felonies. My understanding of KY law (KRS 243.100) is that business owned by felons can't hold a liquor license for five years. An indictment is just an allegation, but if she is convicted or pleads to a felony, I don't think serving alcohol will be an option.

So far, there is very little public information available beyond the assumed name and new LCC filings with the Secretary of State's office in late September. On October 20, they passed their health department inspection. This site will be updated as new information becomes available.
